Progress review

Scheduled points at which we stop and look at whether training is worth continuing, using your own observations as the primary reference.

Who it is forAnyone in an ongoing course of training.

Two people seated side by side reviewing information together on a laptop screen.

In detail

Review is built into the way this practice works, because the honest answer to 'is this helping?' is sometimes no. A review is a conversation about what you have noticed, what has not changed, and whether continuing makes sense.

We do not present recorded activity as proof of improvement, and we do not use coloured brain images as evidence of change. Numbers from a recording describe a recording; they do not describe a life.

If training is not producing anything you value, stopping is a reasonable decision and we will support it.

What this covers

  • A structured conversation about what you have and have not noticed
  • A decision point: continue, adjust, pause or stop
  • A written summary on request

What it does not include

  • Outcome scores presented as clinical proof
  • Pressure to complete a package

If this is the part you want to ask about, mention it in your request.
