Assessment and intake

Administrative intake and a structured discussion of your goals, so that any training that follows is set up deliberately rather than by default.

Who it is forThose who have had an initial consultation and want to proceed.

In detail

Intake covers the practical groundwork: contact details, consent, how information is stored, who else may be involved in your care, and what you want to get out of training.

We ask only for information that is necessary. Detailed medical history, diagnoses, medication lists and clinical records are not collected through the website; if any of that is relevant, it is discussed directly and handled through a secure route.

Where a goal falls outside what neurofeedback training can reasonably address, we say so at this stage rather than later.

What this covers

  • Consent and a clear explanation of how your information is used
  • A structured conversation about goals and expectations
  • Agreement on how progress will be reviewed and discussed

What it does not include

  • Collection of sensitive health detail through unsecured channels
  • Interpretation of imaging or laboratory results

If this is the part you want to ask about, mention it in your request.
