A

Privacy and your information.

Short, specific, and limited to what this website actually does.

If anything here is unclear, ask before sending a request rather than after. The same form can be used for a question about this page.

01

What this page covers

This page describes how information submitted through this website is handled. It is a description of the website, not a complete legal notice covering every obligation that applies to a health practice.

Information you give during a consultation, or in the course of any work with the practice, is handled under the practice's clinical record-keeping obligations. Those are explained directly, and you can ask about them at any point.

02

What the request form stores

The consultation request form stores the name you give, your email address, a phone number if you provide one, your preferred contact method and time window, the topic you selected, whether you have been in contact before, any message you write, and confirmation that you agreed to the statement above the send button.

That record is stored so the practice can reply to you. It is not used to build a marketing profile, and it is not sold or shared for advertising.

03

What we ask you not to send

Please do not enter diagnoses, medication, symptoms, medical records, test results or other health details into the web form. A general contact form is not the right place for them.

Keep the form to scheduling and practical questions. Anything clinical is discussed directly, through a route that suits the sensitivity of the information.

04

Who can see a request

Requests are readable only by the practice through its own administrative access. They are not published, not visible to other visitors, and not readable through the public website.

The site is served through standard hosting and backend infrastructure, which processes requests on the practice's behalf in order to store and deliver them.

05

Tracking

This site does not use advertising trackers, does not run third-party marketing pixels, and does not set cookies for profiling.

The fonts used for the site's typography are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service when a page loads.

06

Removal and correction

You can ask for an enquiry to be corrected or deleted. Reply to the message you receive, or send a new request saying so, and it will be actioned.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over information held about you. Ask, and the practice will explain what applies and how to exercise it.
